Job Description

Currently working with a leading private equity firm specializing in secondary investments and they are looking to add a highly motivated and skilled Private Equity Secondaries Associate to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial modeling, deal execution, and an interest in corporate finance and investment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct due diligence
• Perform comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
• Develop and maintain financial models for deal evaluation
• Assist in deal execution and portfolio management
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to the investment committee
• Support portfolio companies in their strategic and operational development
• Coordinate with lawyers, accountants, and other professionals in the deal execution process

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience in private equity, investment banking, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
