With +40 retail grocery stores throughout Wisconsin (and growing), we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Festival Foods team. What You'd Do

Our associates create a warm and friendly shopping experience in our stores. We engage with others, answer questions, offer suggestions, and make sure our guests know they are cared for and welcomed. We strive to make grocery shopping an enjoyable experience. Some responsibilities may include:

  • Replenishing all produce products on display and proper inventory levels in produce storage
  • Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues by practicing the Boomerang Principal
  • Ensuring high standard quality control by inspecting, rotating, and maintaining proper temperatures while maintaining foods safety logs
  • Helping guests find their favorite products
  • Having each others backs by honoring commitments with the team and being present for scheduled shifts or finding a fellow associate to fill in
  • Other actions that create exceptional guest experiences

  • Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: Hourly associates are paid weekly, providing more frequent access to their funds. Part-time store associates are paid a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Hourly full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
