Location: Phoenix, Chicago, or Remote( Preferences are given to those consultants who are willing to work onsite in chicago or Phoenix area)

Top 3 Must Have Skills:
  1. Managing all initiatives within each project plan and keeping everyone honest for marketing plans within scoops, metrics, risk/reward.
  2. Pay-Per-Click, Search Engine Optimization, Email Marketing, Agency management, and tracking project performance using analytics.
  3. 5+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Program Manager or similar role.

    • Manage project execution, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., creative, content) to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
    • Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise:
    • Possess a strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, including:
      • PPC (Pay-Per-Click): Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising
      • Social Media Marketing: Organic and paid campaigns across major platforms
      • Affiliate Marketing: Program management and optimization
      • Email Marketing: Campaign development, automation, and optimization
      • SEO (Search Engine Optimization): On-page and off-page optimization strategies
    • Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Performance & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics.
    • Identify areas for optimization and implement strategies to improve ROI.
    • Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Project Manager or similar role.
  • Channel Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and experience across all core digital marketing channels (PPC, Social, Affiliate, Email, SEO).
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and deliver results.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Agency Management: Experience working with and managing multiple agencies.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
