What will you do? Requirement for a Project Management System Integrator to support numerous high visibility projects as well as provide front office support. Facilitate and manage meetings for a variety of different stakeholders to include senior leadership and working groups Coordinate and facilitate project reviews which includes helping create briefings, track project financials, schedule, identify risks/issues, and the way forward Maintain an action tracking system for action items related to projects Track assigned actions to ensure completion and response (overseeing requirements tracking processes, ensure all outstanding requests for requirements are tracked, and communicate status) Provide meeting minutes (with increasing knowledge of substantive areas over time specifically technical meetings), highlights, slide decks (updates on correct templates for stakeholders), Excel/Office spreadsheets Format, proofread, and edit correspondence and review other documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, and conformance with guidance and ensure response adequately addresses concern/question.
