Title: Mid-Level Project Manager Location: Onsite in Nashville TN (Flexible Hybrid Schedule, 3 days onsite)
Contract to Full Time Perm Hire : 6-12 months on contract and then full time conversion
Pay on contract: $40.00 - $48.00 / hourly (based on experience)
Salary Conversion: $85,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Mid-Level Project Manager to support the CTO of a recently acquired healthcare subsidiary. This PM will be a boots on the ground,scum master within the Data Team, to manage:
- existing projects,
- new intake requests,
- help establish priorities across "owners" & stakeholders
- manage change management of in progress work
- provide weekly detailed project statuses and
- backlog estimations
APPLY HERE: Send your resume to Skylar at [email protected] Key Responsibilities: - Project Coordination: Oversee and track progress of existing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.
- Intake Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for new project requests, facilitating prioritization and resource allocation.
- Status Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly detailed project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Backlog Estimation: Collaborate with technical teams to estimate effort and timelines for backlog items, supporting planning and execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and implement best practices.
Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or technology environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Preferred Attributes: - Experience working with CTOs or senior technology leaders.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
