Contract: W2, 2 Months (Leave Coverage, Extension Possible)

Location: Hybrid – Arlington, VA

Pay Rate: 65-72/HR W2 (Depending on Experience)

Start Date: July 14th, 2025

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project/Program Manager III to provide short-term support covering a team member on leave. This role is crucial for the successful delivery of several high-priority initiatives, including a global workplace harassment training program and key rhythm-of-business deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and track progress of multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines
• Build and implement a scalable training program from concept to delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder trackers
• Communicate project status, blockers, and outcomes to senior leadership
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Monitor stakeholder accountability and project milestones

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 5–7+ years of project/program management experience in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to set and meet timelines, drive accountability, and deliver results
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive updates
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
• Bachelor’s degree required
