Internship Description: Property Management

Are you interested in earning the best experience in the property management industry? If so, our Property Management Internship provides a focused opportunity for you to grow in this industry with a very diversified team. As a property management intern, you will be hands on various real estate projects and properties. In this internship, it is designed to help you develop the skills to communicate, organize, and manage a variety of properties in the real estate field.

Responsibilities

1. Regional Property Managers & Assistant Property Managers: You will be working with a various of Property Managers at Anosh Inc. You will shadow and assist in daily tasks, administrative duties, property inspections, and tenant relations.

2. Tenant Relations: Communicate with tenants to address maintenance requests, address inquires, HOA concerns and much more in a professional manner. You will learn to manage tenant relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

3. Tenant Onboarding and Offboarding: Learn the process of communicating with tenants from the property management team. Review leases, inventory and condition forms including other tenant administrative paperwork. You will gain the experience in conducting property move-in and move-out property inspection post-tenancy.

4. Property Inspections: Engage in property inspections and identify maintenance concerns, opportunities for improvement, and make ready tasks. You will learn to maintain an ongoing checklist and inspections reports.

5. Contractor Coordination: Communicate and research subcontractors and vendors for property repairs, maintenance, and remodeling. You will learn the negotiation process on how to work pricing within budget requirements.

6. Community Engagement: Get in touch with local community organizations and develop strategies to enhance the properties within the area.

7. Professional Development: Attend team meetings to learn from experienced professionals within the Anosh Inc. team to grow your understanding of the best property management practices.

Qualifications:

· Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program related to the real estate industry/property management or related field

· Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

· Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

· Basic knowledge of real estate principles and property management concepts is a plus.

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable adapting to new software tools.
