Local Candidates are preferred
Contract Duration: 24 Months to start (Strong chance of FTE)
w-2 only
Core Responsibilities
- Develop Python-based automation and tooling
- Work within CI/CD pipelines (Git, reviews, merges, builds, deployments)
- Debug OCP/OpenShift pods and container issues
- Apply secure coding and data classification practices
- Participate in Agile development and code reviews
- Understand system design and end-to-end application flows
Required Skills
- Strong, hands-on Python coding (real development experience)
- Experience in large engineering environments
- CI/CD pipeline exposure
- OCP/OpenShift debugging experience
- Basic DevSecOps and secure coding knowledge
- Ability to explain application architecture
Nice to Have
- Financial industry experience
- Helm/YAML, Kafka/Spark
- Public cloud basics
- Terraform
