Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for an Application Security Architect

Local Candidates are preferred

Contract Duration: 24 Months to start (Strong chance of FTE)

w-2 only

Core Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based automation and tooling
• Work within CI/CD pipelines (Git, reviews, merges, builds, deployments)
• Debug OCP/OpenShift pods and container issues
• Apply secure coding and data classification practices
• Participate in Agile development and code reviews
• Understand system design and end-to-end application flows

Required Skills

• Strong, hands-on Python coding (real development experience)
• Experience in large engineering environments
• CI/CD pipeline exposure
• OCP/OpenShift debugging experience
• Basic DevSecOps and secure coding knowledge
• Ability to explain application architecture

Nice to Have

• Financial industry experience
• Helm/YAML, Kafka/Spark
• Public cloud basics
• Terraform
