Based in Fort Lauderdale, we serve thousands of laundromats, multi-housing facilities, and on-premise laundry operations nationwide. Our fast-growing company is built on trust, transparency, and customer-first service — and we’re looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our business. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with accounting software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Process vendor invoices and customer payments.
Assist with payroll processing and reporting.
Prepare sales tax filings and support monthly/quarterly financial reporting.
Work with the accounting team to support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.
Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing, payments, and account inquiries.
What We’re Looking For
Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
