Responsibilities:

• Drives technical vision and influences product roadmap and vision.
• Implement large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects.
• Leads the Client phase of large projects to develop high level design.
• Supervise the work of cross-functional groups of engineers, including offshore associates.
• Directs root cause analysis of critical business and production issues.
• Documents testing and maintenance of application corrections and improvements.
• Influence decisions, builds consensus, and resolves conflicts constructively and proactively.
• Supports business objectives and ensures the business needs are being met.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of JavaScript writing with NO HELP (5+ years).
• Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of TypeScript writing and ability to work with old and new typescript with NO HELP (5+ years).
• Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of NodeJs (5+ years).
• Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Jest (5+ years).
• Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Redux (5+ years).
• Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of React (5+ years).
• Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Git (5+ years).
• For staff level ability to design and deliver complex large system from vague requirement within tight deadline.
• Excel both in operational and engineering excellence.
• Excellent communicator both in verbal and writing.
