We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Real Estate Attorney who is committed to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for upholding the highest ethical standards, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible outcomes for their real estate transactions. Collaboration and teamwork are essential to our success, and you will work closely with clients and colleagues to achieve these objectives. A consistent commitment to excellence and adherence to ethical standards will ensure the highest level of legal representation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements for real estate transactions
  • Conduct due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions of real property
  • Advise on commercial real estate development projects and obtain necessary entitlements
  • Review and analyze title and survey reports for real estate transactions
  • Draft and negotiate commercial lease agreements
  • Draft and negotiate complex loan documents for real estate financing
  • Manage real estate transactions and projects from start to finish
  • Draft and negotiate various real estate-related documents, including financing and organizational agreements, leases, and purchase and sale contracts
  • Corporate experience will be a plus

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida or willing to obtain a license to practice law in Florida
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic, dependable, reliable, self-starter, and motivated
  • Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality requirements
  • Portable book of business not required
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional planning and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and complete multiple tasks efficiently with little supervision
  • Analytical and strategic thinker who can analyze complex legal issues and recommend solutions
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
