Our client, a dynamic player in the roofing industry, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the customer service department supporting the front office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Hurricane, WV

Pay Range: $16.00

What's the Job?

• Answer phones and greet customers with a warm and professional attitude.
• Utilize Aculinks to gather information for roofing quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using basic office equipment and software.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
