Job Description

The Recruiter is an integral part of the Human Resources department who will take ownership of sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates to fulfill internal leadership positions for all Casa Nela locations. This position will perform general human resources tasks including but not limited to, managing new hire paperwork and on-boarding process, maintaining employee files and processing employee life cycle changes, while assisting the department as needed. 

We would love to meet you if you have experience supporting the front and back of house operations teams in human resources, have a great attention to detail and written communication skills , and has a passion for working with people in the hospitality industry!

Preferred candidates will possess the following: - Ability to partner with the Director of Human Resources to develop recruitment goals and objectives
- Manage job posts, screen resumes and interview candidates daily
- Experience managing an applicant tracking system to  ensure   all candidate information is recorded throughout the interview and hiring process
- Ability to attract active and passive candidates to join our expanding restaurant group
-  Determined and resourceful with the willingness to work independently 
- Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Google Workspace as well as the ability to learn internal programs - Adhere to federal, state, and local hiring and employment laws, rules, and regulations
- 1-2 years working in Human Resources or Hospitality
- Spanish speaking and knowledge of Toast Payroll a plus !
