Position Summary New York Edge is seeking a qualified and highly motivated HR Recruitment Specialist to support our organizational hiring needs. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet staffing demands across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now as an ATS and familiarity with Salesforce is strongly preferred. Schedule Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Essential Job Functions Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting through candidate onboarding. Search resume databases and proactively source candidates through multiple recruitment channels. Communicate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies. Draft, proofread, and update job descriptions in collaboration with HR and program leadership. Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage requisitions, candidates, and offer letters. (Preferred) Support reporting and workflow integration using Salesforce. Review and evaluate applicants to ensure alignment with position requirements. Interview candidates while ensuring compliance with New York Edge policies and labor regulations. Adhere to all laws, rules, and personal data privacy regulations. Recommend new sources for both active and passive candidate recruiting. Provide weekly reports on recruitment activity, progress, and pipeline health. Required Skills Strong passion for HR and Talent Acquisition practices. Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now ATS required. Familiarity with Salesforce preferred. Ability to effectively scan and assess large volumes of resumes. Understanding of recruitment marketing and candidate engagement strategies. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum of two years of recruitment or HR experience.
