Job Description

The Bank Regulatory Compliance Officer will provide advisory and monitoring support on federal and state banking regulations, including BHCA, Reg Y, Reg K, Reg D, and Reg W. The role supports business areas such as Global Banking Americas (GBA), Asset Liability Management and Treasury (ALMT), and the US Branch network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on compliance policies and regulatory changes affecting GBA and ALMT.
• Support new product and activity reviews for compliance alignment.
• Monitor US investment activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain oversight frameworks for BHCA, Reg Y, Reg K, and Reg W.
• Coordinate internal reviews and regulatory examinations.
• Update and manage compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide compliance training and support to assigned business areas.
• Assist in regulatory reporting and project work.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in Compliance/Regulatory within wholesale banking.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. banking regulations for foreign branches.
• Experience in structured finance, treasury activities, and transaction monitoring.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerBI, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with securities and broker-dealer compliance.

***Pay Rate- $58 - $60/hour
