No prior experience is required, as full training and mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Coach, you will engage in a meaningful role that involves educating individuals on essential financial principles. Our client’s mission focuses on enhancing financial literacy among middle-class families and empowering them with tools and knowledge for a more secure financial future. Responsibilities include:

• Client Education: Utilize a structured educational approach to introduce clients to personal finance concepts such as budgeting, debt reduction, retirement planning, college savings, investment strategies, and insurance.
• Goal Setting and Planning: Help clients identify and prioritize their short-, mid-, and long-term financial goals, providing actionable steps to achieve these milestones.
• Customized Financial Solutions: Offer tailored recommendations on a variety of financial services, including mortgages, investment products, retirement accounts, and insurance options.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through financial decision-making processes with integrity and a commitment to their best interests.
• Networking and Community Engagement: Promote financial literacy by educating your community on "How Money Works™" and fostering a culture of financial empowerment.
• Use of Technology: Leverage cutting-edge technology provided by our client to streamline client interactions and facilitate efficient distribution of financial services.

Compensation and Incentives:

This role offers multiple avenues for income generation, including:

• Unlimited Commission-Based Income: Earn based on your production, with no income ceiling.
• Residual Income: Gain residual payments for work previously completed, creating long-term financial benefits.

Base Qualifications:

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legal Authorization: Must be a U.S. Resident, Citizen, or have a Work Permit with an SSN.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a federal background check (no felony convictions).
• Licensing: Willing and able to complete financial licensing requirements within 60 to 90 days of starting.
