Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
Provide order updates and prescription assistance
Escalate complex issues to internal teams
Keep accurate and HIPAA-compliant records
Requirements:
1–2 years of online customer support experience
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Experience with tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk
