We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Remote Marketing and Booking Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel experiences while supporting marketing efforts to promote services and special offers.
This role provides comprehensive ongoing support and access to professional resources to help you grow and succeed in the exciting travel and hospitality industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements tailored to their preferences
Promote travel packages, offers, and services through digital marketing efforts
Maintain client relationships through personalized communication and follow-up
Utilize company platforms and tools to manage client profiles and bookings
Research destinations, accommodations, and promotional deals to offer the best recommendations
Stay informed about travel industry trends, promotions, and updates
Create and manage marketing content across platforms such as social media, email newsletters, and the company website
Strong passion for travel and marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Comfortable using computers, social media, and booking software
Must be at least 18 years of age
Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop computer
No prior travel industry experience necessary.
