Job Title: Residential Cleaning Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional cleaning services to residential properties, ensuring that each home is cleaned to the highest standards and meets the client's expectations. The Residential Cleaning Technician will work independently or as part of a team to deliver exceptional cleaning services in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in residential properties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces
- Empty trash and dispose of waste in a proper manner
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in the property
- Follow cleaning schedules and instructions provided by the supervisor
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent
