Retail Associate Full-Time

Prince's Paisley Park is seeking a friendly, reliable individual for a full-time retail associate position (Thursday through Monday schedule). As a Retail Associate, you will provide excellent customer service to guests, encourage merchandise purchases, and engage visitors with the incredible world of Prince's Paisley Park. This position is located at Paisley Park in Chanhassen, MN.

This full-time position offers a pay range of $17.00$19.00 per hour, based on experience.

Paisley Park is an active museum, state-of-the-art recording studio, and concert venue. For nearly 30 years, the facility served as Prince's home, creative sanctuary, and production complex. Fulfilling Prince's vision that Paisley Park would one day be open to the public, the venue today welcomes fans, musicians, and audiophiles for tours, concerts, festivals, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Perform POS and cash-handling duties in an efficient, responsible, and timely manner.
• Participate in processing and unloading merchandise, replenishing the sales floor, and completing additional operational tasks.
• Take a proactive role in creating a positive experience for each guest by maintaining excellent visual and housekeeping standards in the Paisley Park shop.

Workplace Requirements

• Availability to work a ThursdayMonday schedule (including weekends and some evenings).
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 45 lbs. and climb a ladder.
• Must adhere to a pescatarian (no meat) work environment while working on the Paisley Park campus.
