Job Description

The primary objective of the Rolex Watchmaker position at Tiny Jewel Box is to provide exceptional service to our valued clients by upholding Rolex standards. The ideal candidate will be a certified Rolex Watchmaker with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for the Rolex brand and the luxury watch industry. This individual should be positive, proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and team-oriented, with a strong motivation to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill the service requirement as established by senior watchmaker.
• Collaborate with the current Senior Rolex watchmaker.
• Adhere to Rolex specifications and technical procedures for repairs.
• Propose solutions to repair issues and identify the spare parts needed for each evaluation.
• Maintain all shop tools and equipment, ensuring that everything is correctly calibrated and kept to a high standard.
• Complete all repair work on time to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Aim to exceed customer expectations regarding Rolex products and service offerings every time. Provide accurate support information to clients occasionally on the sales floor.

Position Requirements:

• Current Rolex credentials must be verified.
• In-person bench test will be required
• Formal watchmaker education is necessary, specifically WOSTEP or SAWTA accredited programs.
• Must possess Rolex Watchmaker Level 40 certification, including polishing expertise.
• A minimum of one year of full-time experience at Rolex Level 40, specifically involving polishing.
• High level of focus and strong attention to detail is essential.
• A demonstrated passion for the Rolex brand, with a solid understanding of luxury customer experience and service level expectations.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with a strong desire to understand and exceed clients' needs and expectations.
• Must be professional, positive, and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
