Special Requirements Must have an active TS, Secret or DHS clearance Bachelor Degree +2 years of experience The Gist Our RPA Developer will have a passion for designing and building requirements for Robotic Process Automation Designs and Bot Development Maintenance, centered around the seamless integration with existing HR operations. Additional experience in UiPath is preferred. What Your Day Might Include… Implementing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as PowerApps and UiPath. Developing server-side logic, defining and maintaining databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness using technologies like Python and JavaScript. Designing, building, maintaining, and providing expertise on RPA bots with tools like UiPath and Power Automate to improve HR service delivery. Performing unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality and functionality. Working closely with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality products. Creating and maintaining technical documentation for code and development processes Qualifications Bachelor Degree +2 years of experience Leverage tools including, but not limited to, Power Automate, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro, Mural, AWS, and UiPath Task Capture to support human capital functions. Knowledge of industry and federal hiring practices. Able to provide innovative methods of streamlining efforts working with IT Professionals. Proficiency in both front and back-end technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve existing skills.
