Job Title: Manufacturing AssistantJob Description We are seeking a Manufacturing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including New Hire Orientation Coordination, Workman's Compensation management, and ensuring compliance with safety manuals, committees, orientations, and trainings. Additional responsibilities include maintaining attendance records, Safety Data Sheet Maintenance (MSDS), coordinating maintenance work orders, and conducting environmental audits. The role also involves executing and monitoring FMLA and Worker's Compensation, generating and distributing TCM Crystal Reports, and coordinating OSHA training. Hard Skills Experience in a manufacturing setting Experience with Microsoft products Experience within ERP systems Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
