We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM-APO) to lead end-to-end SAP implementation and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring seamless integration of SAP SCM modules to optimize business processes.

Required 10% travel to (Philadelphia or New Jersey location)

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead SAP SCM implementation or upgrade projects through the full lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Maintain clear communication and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Supply Chain Expertise
• Oversee configuration and integration of SAP SCM modules (e.g., MM, PP, WM, EWM, primarily APO ).
• Ensure SAP solutions align with supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics.
• Risk & Quality Management
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and quality standards.
• Team Leadership
• Manage cross-functional teams, including consultants and technical experts.
• Provide guidance and resolve SAP-related issues during and post-implementation.
• Post-Implementation Support
• Oversee testing, training, and change management activities.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for SAP SCM processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field .
• 5+ years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 3 years in SAP SCM modules .
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules: MM, PP, WM/EWM, APO .
• Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and digital supply chain solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• SAP certification in SCM modules.
