About the Role Were hiring a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) who lives for outbound prospecting and thrives on starting conversations from scratch. This role is all about cold calling, opening doors, and setting high-quality meetings for our sales team with healthcare providers and organizations. If youre competitive, resilient, and motivated by activity-based wins and you love being the first voice a prospect hears this role is for you. What Youll Do Make high-volume outbound calls to healthcare practices, clinics, and organizations. Prospect, qualify, and engage decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups. Clearly and confidently communicate Proactive Healths value proposition. Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives / Sales Representatives. Maintain accurate activity tracking and notes in HubSpot CRM. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and targeting. Consistently hit or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and meeting-setting goals. Represent Proactive Health with professionalism, persistence, and enthusiasm. About You You love cold calling and arent afraid of rejection you see it as part of the game. Competitive, goal-driven, and motivated by performance metrics. Strong communicator with a confident phone presence. Coachable and eager to improve scripts, objections handling, and outreach strategies. Highly organized with strong follow-up habits. Energized by creating opportunities and being the engine that fuels the sales pipeline. Interested in healthcare, technology, and making a real-world impact. Qualifications 13 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales (healthcare a plus, not required). Proven ability to cold call and book meetings. Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree a plus but not required.
