Responsibilities:
Answer and manage phone calls and emails professionally
Schedule appointments and installations
Assist with preparing quotes, maintaining records, and processing job orders
Support the team to ensure the office operates efficiently and stays organized
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn new software and processes
Office or administrative experience is a plus , but not required
