Job Description As a Security Professional - Mall Patrol in San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a retail or mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will interact with visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Your role supports a welcoming environment by addressing concerns and responding to incidents as needed. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule Day Time Wed 10:30 AM - 07:00 PM Thur 10:30 AM - 07:00 PM Fri 10:45 AM - 07:15 PM Sat 10:45 AM - 07:15 PM Sun 11:00 AM - 06:00 PM Responsibilities Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity or potential issues. Assist in helping to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity by maintaining a visible presence. Document and report any incidents, observations, or concerns according to site protocols. Collaborate with store staff and management to address security-related matters and support a welcoming environment for customers. Minimum Requirements California Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
