About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Chief of Staff to join their Technology team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enabling the senior leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategies. This includes evaluating and executing strategic projects, deriving insights from research, and developing recommendations in partnership with the leadership team. The role also involves partnering with leaders across the organization to solve complex problems, drive solutions, and orchestrate operational initiatives. The Senior Chief of Staff will be responsible for shaping multi-year department strategy, driving departmental efficiencies, and facilitating cross-functional processes. Additionally, the role requires the ability to prioritize competing initiatives, serve as a proxy for leadership, and manage various department-wide forums and governance meetings. Applicants for the Senior Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years' experience, including at least 5 years' in healthcare consulting or a strategic role in the healthcare industry.
