Position is for a Senior Project Manager with Thomas Constructors. A General Contractor in the Nashville, TN and Huntsville, AL Markets

​Position Details:

Qualifications -

- 6 year of Construction Management Experience with Oversite experience is preferred.

- Be able to communicate in a tactful, precise and productive manner.

- Should be able to provide specific examples on how you have help lead a construction team through project specific issues.

- A high level of understanding of Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical drawings.

- Posses the ability to manage time efficiently and effectively.

- Possess the ability to use programs in the Microsoft office suite efficiently and effectively.

- Some proficiency/ familiarity with Procore and BlueBeam.

- Possess an undergraduate 4-yr college degree.

Responsibilities -

- Oversee the management of ground up and interior renovation construction projects.

- Help review estimates for ground up and interior renovation construction projects.

- Maintain a 5-day in-office work week with the ability to work remotely from time to time when needed.

- Work with clients, co workers, and subcontractors in a constructive manor.

- Maintain and Review job specific financial reports and logs

- Review job specific submittal and RFI logs

- Review Job specific meeting minutes

- Possess the ability to hold people on the team accountable to schedule, budget, and company mission with a serve first mentality
