Job Description
As a Senior Copywriter, you have the chops to write and the strategic imagination it takes to think of big ideas. You love to dabble in all things words: digital creative, traditional scripts,thumb stopping headlines,social posts, brand tone of voice, data-driven concepts-there's nothing you won't write.
You're confident in your presentation style and learning more about how the work you do fits into the greater creative process. Senior Copywriters are creative engines-always playing, thinking and experimenting with different ways to express big ideas.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities
Conceptual copywriting forintegrated campaigns, digital media, email, web, banners, digital content, paid and organic social
Support larger creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
Complete research projects and other day-to-day requests
Assist in asset creation and deliver work you are proud of
Use your strong strategic sense and concept against a creative brief
Stay up to date on current and latest industry trends, especially pertaining to social media and AI
Maintain high quality on creative deliverables
Participate and help plan community-building events
Proactive in finding ways to support the creative team
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Communications, Creative Writing or Advertising/Portfolio school
5-7 years writing for an advertising or marketing agency
Experience writing for Direct Marketing, CRM, Social, and Digital Marketing
Portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking
Creative writing pieces
Strong awareness and understanding of the digital landscape
Brand, Social, and CRM experience

Compensation Range:$79,990-$104,025 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
