Senior HRIS Analyst needed to fill a new position for a dynamic insurance organization headquartered in downtown Omaha, Nebraska. Apply today to take advantage of this exciting opportunity!

• 6-mont CONTRACT position with the possibility of extension
• HYBRID work schedule in Omaha, NE – 50% of the time per week in office
• SALARY: $30 - $38 per hour with some flexibility based on skills and experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of HRIS work experience
• Workday HCM experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of business workflow, system configuration, and software development and implementation
• Knowledge and understanding of HRIS functional areas

Preferred Knowledge:

• Azure, ServiceNow, or similar
• Programming languages such as Microsoft Visual Basic, C# or ASP
• Human Resource laws and practices
• Workday Training

WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

As a Senior HRIS Analyst , you will be the go-to expert for ensuring the effective operation and continuous improvement of HR systems, with a focus on Workday HCM. You’ll drive system enhancements, maintain data integrity, and deliver high-quality service to internal customers.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Design, build, test, maintain, and enhance business processes within HRIS according to company policies and guidelines
• Produce and manage Workday inbound and outbound integrations using Reporting, Connectors, and Workday Studio
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, integrations, security, and external systems
• Coordinate or support the needs of other teams that impact HR systems
• Continuously increase technical knowledge by participating in Workday Community and other forums
