As part of this once-in-a-life-time opportunity to build and make a real impact, we are looking for an accomplished, You will be the product owner, responsible for defining and delivering end-to-end developer experience for testing and releases that is seamless across all our technology stacks. You'll be key to driving GEICO's digital transformation by implementing cutting-edge technologies, fostering a culture of quality, and ensuring our developers have the best tools to do their best work. This position is a hybrid role based either out of the **Responsibilities:** The ideal candidate is excellent at: Partnering with developer advocates and engineering teams to ensure our tools offer a world-class developer experience. **Basic Qualifications:** At least 5 years of experience in a **technical product management role, in areas such as Developer Tools, Platform Engineering, SRE, or DevOps.** Demonstrated experience defining strategy for **test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, or observability platforms.** Builder in mindset with proven experience in managing all aspects of building technical products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to delivery to scaling.
