NVIDIA is searching for a highly motivated engineer with a passion for system software delivery. You'll join NVIDIA's growing GPU software team in developing continuous integration infrastructure in support of NVIDIA's mission critical software releases. You'll have a central role in helping the team build a world-class build and integration system that scales with the team's mission. What you'll be doing: Be responsible for maintaining and improving mission critical infrastructure and test content Investigate failures and anomalies in automated build and test systems and drive to resolution with a team of experts Identify systemic problems in reporting systems, distill those into actionable investigations and drive service level improvements Write, configure and debug automated tests for system-level/kernel-mode software under Linux and Windows Architect new tools and refine processes that deliver productivity improvements What we need to see: BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of relevant software development experience Experience writing, deploying and maintaining OS-level system software Experience with software testing infrastructure A strong dedication to data driven, evidence-based investigation Strong ability to communicate hypotheses, results, and incidental discoveries to teammates, client stakeholders in other internal teams, and the broader organization Ways to stand out from the crowd: Existing knowledge of NVIDIA GPU kernel software Experience designing, implementing, and debugging automated build and test systems Comfort in programming in Python, Perl, shell or Tcl Knowledge of low-level systems programming under Linux and Windows in C/C++ and/or Rust NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
