Trillium Professional has a long-term opportunity in Sunnyvale, CA for a Senior UX Researcher.
Your UX research studies will be agile, keeping pace with the rapid innovation in the team, but also making sure that we're keeping an eye on the big picture in understanding our customer groups.
-Perform research activities from study design to recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting.
-Conduct lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, field research, and survey design.
-Perform quick but thorough data analysis in order to create insightful findings.

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Human Factors, Cognitive -Psychology, Social Sciences, Product Design, other fields related to -Human Behavior, or equivalent practical experience
-5-6 years of product research experience
-Must have vast experience as a moderator, facilitating 1:1 In-Depth interviews, focus group discussions, and concept testing
-At least 4 years of experience in conducting these research methodologies: survey design, quantitative, data analysis, and qualitative research
-Proven ability to translate research findings into comprehensive reports and compelling narratives on user trends
-The right candidate will be an effective communicator, passionate about understanding people, curious about the relationship between design, technology, and humans
-Excellent organizational and documentation skills
