Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. PURPOSE OF POSITION: To ensure guest, member and employee satisfaction in Maintenance. To provide a safe environment for our guests, members and employees. To achieve budgeted profitability by adhering to Safety Standards and exercising fiscal responsibility and sound management practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond in a timely fashion to work orders called in by guests, members and other departments
• Process and turn in accurate and timely paperwork on a daily basis
• Track outstanding work orders and follow up to completion
• Perform daily inspections of work areas and equipment to insure that they are neat and clean
• Perform non work order related tasks as requested by departmental manager
• Participate in annual unit check list program to maintain units in "as new" condition
• Look for opportunities to upgrade the quality and safety of the property. Report these to management for action
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have minimum 2 yrs experience in all aspects of maintenance
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Must work with flexible schedule, including weekends, late shifts and on-call
• Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs.

PAY RATE:

• Pay: $25.00 per hour
