Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation. In this role, you will work closely with the President and other departments to create compelling content. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic individual to make a significant impact on our company's online visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals and objectives.
• Team Leadership: Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
• Content Development: Create, curate and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target audience, reflecting on our brand identity and values.
• Market Research: Monitor social media channels for industry trends, technology, competitor activity and relevant discussions to identify opportunities for engagement.
• Relationship Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of social media campaign's, adjust strategies accordingly and provide recommendations for continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel throughout the state of Texas.
