Description:
Delmar Gardens of O’Fallon, a beautiful, state of the art, 240 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation is searching for a qualified Full-Time Social Worker.
This professional must be compassionate and empathetic, possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and be a resident advocate. The ability to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources to include but not limited to hospital social workers and elder care case managers is a must. Experience in long-term care preferred.
