Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our solar sales operations, focusing on lead generation, team management, and achieving sales targets. This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work remotely from home

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads for residential solar installations, primarily through referrals and existing customer networks.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales goals and performance metrics, and monitor team performance to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team.
- Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize strong phone skills to effectively communicate with prospects, schedule appointments, and follow up on leads.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads through referrals and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Experience in managing and optimizing social media platforms for business purposes.
- Previous experience in hiring, training, and managing a sales team, preferably in a remote/hybrid work environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
