Special Education Teacher/SNSP Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the school’s SNSP Designee, completing and submitting all required documentation to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI)
• Coordinate and support SNSP faculty to ensure compliance and best practices
• Act as a liaison between faculty, the principal, and the Learning Support Director
• Oversee and manage the SNSP budget in collaboration with school leadership
• Work directly with students to support classroom teachers and provide individualized assistance aligned with SNSP goals

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Licensed Special Education Teacher (or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin)

• Strong knowledge of the Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP) preferred

• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with IEPs, educational documentation, and state reporting requirements

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
