RF Optimization Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced RF Optimization Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in RF engineering, network performance analysis, and multi-vendor optimization environments, with a strong emphasis on Nokia technologies .

This is an onsite role with travel requirements up to 25%, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze RF data using XCAP to evaluate network performance and uncover optimization opportunities
• Generate performance and optimization reports from drive test data, identifying key KPIs and trends
• Perform log file analysis and root cause investigation for network issues
• Provide parameter tuning recommendations to improve coverage, capacity, and quality
• Prepare summaries, visualizations, and reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Uphold high standards in reporting accuracy and deliverables

Technical Expertise (Required):

• Nokia NetAct – Network management, monitoring, configuration
• Nokia iSON – Automated network optimization
• Nokia LTE/5G Parameter Planning Tools – Network tuning and configuration
• Nokia Performance Explorer (PE) – KPI analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of LTE and 5G RAN
• Previous experience in multi-vendor environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate technical insights into business-ready reports
