Sr. Roofing Project Manager - Commercial Roofing

Location: Laurel, MD (Relocation assistance available)
Salary: $90,000–$120,000/year + Bonuses
 

Take the lead on multi-million-dollar commercial roofing projects, delivering quality and impact in critical environments.

 
What You’ll Do
Manage Large-Scale Projects

• Oversee roofing, waterproofing, and restoration projects valued at $5M or more.
• Focus on occupied and mission-critical facilities like hospitals, schools, and government buildings.

Ensure Safety and Compliance

• Enforce OSHA standards and site-specific safety requirements.

Deliver Operational Excellence

• Coordinate teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and budget-friendly project execution.

Strategize and Problem-Solve

• Assess project risks, create mitigation strategies, and implement innovative solutions.

Drive Performance Metrics

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.

 
What You Bring
Experience

• 5+ years managing large-scale commercial roofing or building envelope projects.
• Hands-on expertise with TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal roofing systems.
• Familiarity with waterproofing and complex building envelope restoration.

Skills

• Proficiency in tools like Procore, Edge Estimating, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Experience minimizing disruption in occupied facility projects.

Certifications

• OSHA 30/500 certifications (required).
• EM 385 or LEED certifications are a plus.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
