What You'll Do As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, this role will be significantly involved in leading the ongoing improvement of our Salesforce Health cloud platform, as well as integrations that push and pull data from systems that are closely integrated with Salesforce. These systems include our core EHR/EMR product, AWS, and other third-party applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. This role requires expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that enhance patient care, streamline operations, and improve overall healthcare outcomes. This role will report to the Director, Salesforce.
The Day to Day - Executes administration and development on Core Platform, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including building robust lightning app solutions for service console, flow/screen, actions, and recommendations.
- Designs and develops customized solutions within the Salesforce Health Cloud platform.
- Implements Health Cloud features such as patient management, care plans, and care coordination.
- Customizes Salesforce Health Cloud applications to meet specific business requirements and integrates Salesforce Health Cloud with other healthcare systems and applications.
- Manages data migration, data mapping, and data integration processes while ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provides technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and admin team members.
- Collaborates on cross-functional product development teams including healthcare professionals, other engineers, and product managers.
- Conducts code reviews, ensures coding standards, and implements best practices. Creates and maintains technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- Monitors and maintains the performance of Salesforce Health Cloud applications. Generates reports and dashboards to track system performance and key metrics.
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues and system errors while providing ongoing support and training to end-users.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer.
- Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms.
Preferred Qualifications - 4+ years' experience working as a Salesforce Developer.
- 1+ years' experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- 1+ years' experience in OmniStudio/Vlocity development, including OmniScripts, Integration Procecdures, FlexCards, and Dataraptors.
- Intermediate experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Expert experience in performance/integration testing, business and technical analysis, data analysis and data modeling.
- Expert experience working with Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), Integration (REST, or SOAP, bulk, streaming API, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL or SOSL.
- Expert understanding of Salesforce architecture, processes, products, and best practices.
Annual Salary Range: $108,800 - $136,000
