Southwest Washington Regional Surgery Center is looking for a relief status Sterile Processing Technician. If you have a positive attitude, team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

What You Will Do:

• Clean, disinfect & prepare the instrumentation.
• Wash, inspect, decontaminate and maintain equipment following established infection control procedures.
• Sterilize products and instruments according to established protocol with documented verification to ensure all parameters are met.

What You Will Need:

• Candidates for this position must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in sterile processing.
• Certification in Sterile Processing or Surgical Technologist is highly desirable, but not required.
• The ability to prioritize and work under pressure. Be self-motivated, self-reliant and resourceful.
