Job Description
A reliable and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Technician is needed to ensure clients' pools are maintained and operate flawlessly. In this role, the technician will be responsible for the complete care of swimming pools on an assigned route, providing a service that allows clients to enjoy their outdoor spaces.

Outline of Duties:
Maintain Pristine Water Quality: Conduct water analysis, test and balance chemical levels (including pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and more) to ensure safe and healthy swimming conditions.
Comprehensive Pool Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, brushing pool surfaces and scrubbing tiles as needed, and emptying skimmer baskets to remove debris.
Equipment Care & Maintenance: Evaluate and maintain pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and sanitation systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Proactive Issue Detection: Identify and report any potential equipment malfunctions, leaks, cracks, or other issues to the service department for prompt resolution.
Client Communication & Service: Interact professionally with clients, answering their questions, providing clear explanations, and offering advice on proper pool care.
Vehicle & Tool Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle, ensuring all tools and chemicals are properly managed and readily available.
Accurately complete paperwork and reports related to services performed, chemical levels, and any identified issues. These reports completed via an application we'll provide you access to .
