Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Business Coach with exceptional financial acumen and a proven track record in building detailed financial projections. In this role, you will guide clients through the entire journey of opening a profitable studiocovering business planning, financial forecasting, funding, construction, operations, sales, and opening. Youll help clients navigate everything from startup costs to grand opening celebrations, ensuring every step is strategically planned and financially sound. Ideally, you have opened your own studio (or multiple studios) and can draw on first-hand experience to guide our clients through both the opportunities and the challenges of launching successfully. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing Coaching team to support clients through their waitlist, pre-sale, and grand opening periods, with the goal of ensuring a successful and profitable launch.Key Responsibilities:Client Coaching & Services: Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with aspiring boutique fitness studio owners, focusing on financial effectiveness, projections, annual goals, budgeting, daily operations, sales processes, and more. This role involves both developing and implementing key components of the studio alongside your clients, as part of our Done For You and Done With You Program.Project Management: Leverage project management practices to manage the team and timeline to ensure a profitable studio opening.Projection and Proforma Development: Utilize the Studio Grow SYSP Proforma System to create startup costs, monthly budgets, pre-sale and three-year goals, and develop comprehensive three-year financial projections.Demographic and Real Estate Analysis: Run demographic and real estate assessment reports using Buxton or other tools employed by Studio Grow to evaluate key markets.Customized Strategy and Timeline Development: Analyze clients goals and aspirations to design a tailored strategy and timeline for a profitable studio launch.Performance Monitoring: Track client progress, review key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of business objectives.Demographic and Real Estate Analysis: Use Buxton or other relevant software to generate and analyze demographic and real estate reports for key markets. Customized Strategy and Timeline Development: Analyze clients goals and dreams and create a customized timeline and strategy to open their studio profitably. Performance Monitoring: Track clients progress, review key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of business goals.Liaise with Marketing Coaching Team, Pricing, Legal, Financing and other Specialists: Serve as the primary point person and timeline manager for the specialists and other service departments who will be assisting in opening the studio. Resource Utilization: Leverage company resources, tools, and best practices to provide clients with actionable insights and solutions.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging best practices to offer relevant and timely advice.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a supportive and collaborative coaching environment.Feedback and Reporting: Gather feedback from clients to improve coaching methods and report on client progress and outcomes to the senior management team.Team Mentality: Attend team huddles, support team members in collaborative problem, attend one-on-ones and performance reviews, assist in curriculum development and program advancement support.Qualifications:Studio Startup Knowledge: Strong grasp of what it takes to open a studio profitably including financials, financing, real estate and leases, sales processes, Pre-sale processes, team and schedule development and more.
