We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and robust security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system administration and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management and maintenance of company servers, networks, and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential risks, and implement proactive security measures.
• Perform regular updates, backups, and patch management to safeguard data integrity and availability.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot hardware and software solutions tailored to organizational needs.
• Provide technical support to users facing issues related to operating systems, networks, and applications.
• Administer network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team to introduce new technologies and enhance existing systems.
• Prepare comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Deliver on-call support for critical system outages, including remote and on-site assistance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and company security policies.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Windows Server, and Windows 10.
• Hands-on experience with Dell and Citrix Technologies.
• Strong understanding of network security protocols and tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
• Excellent documentation skills for maintaining IT support and system records.
• Familiarity with user administration, database maintenance, and web application management.
• Availability to provide after-hours support and travel as needed for IT solutions.
