  • Prepare Business requirements documents for changes and enhancements.
  • Experienced in reverse engineering processes and document current and future state models
  • Hands-on professional experience coordinating, start to finish, independently, rating, product and underwriting API modifications for all channels, provinces, and companies.
  • Experience working on AWS/Cloud Transformation Projects
  • Solid background in defining high-level, detailed, and accurate business requirement documents.
  • Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time and create reports
  • Experience with Scrum and other Agile frameworks
  • Experienced in Identifying impacts on business processes based on detailed solutions and strategies as well as being able to identify when changes in connectivity will impact other business channels.
  • Liaise between various business departments and groups
  • Bring both Cloud Infrastructure / Business and system knowledge together
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
  • Execute the coordination of planned requirement activities, setting expectations for flexibility to changing requirements based on deadlines and/or alternative business needs.
  • Organize end to end testing and co-ordination with other departments and third-party vendors.
  • Accountable to provide delivery estimates for all tasks and plans assigned to team member.
  • Ensure the delivery of work is to stakeholders' satisfaction using project management practices including change management, release management and post-mortem/retrospective reviews.
  • Have a good understanding and background of P&C Insurance products. Works closely with stakeholders to coordinate and schedule API (application programming interface) connectivity changes with IT partners and third-party vendors.
  • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with facilitating meetings and liaising with stakeholders. What you'll Bring
  • College or University Degree is preferred. Prior Business System Analyst / Business Analyst experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Change Management.
