Summary of Role

Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 5–10 years of hands-on experience managing and implementing enterprise-scale IT projects. You will utilize your skills to manage targeted project schedules including software deliverables, identifying risks and working directly with stakeholders to alleviate them. The ideal candidate holds both Scrum Master and PMP certifications and has a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceMax, and ADP is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage technical projects or programs, develop and manage milestones, schedules, resource plans and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end IT projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels including executives.
  • Use exceptional communication skills to understand and communicate project strategy, engineering issues and dependencies.
  • Develop and drive new processes, recommend tools or streamline existing processes.
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues; escalate as necessary.
  • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide regular project updates and executive summaries to leadership.
  • Ensure change management and training efforts are aligned with deployment schedules.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience managing IT projects of varying complexity.
  • PMP certification (Project Management Professional).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall Release Processes
  • Strong experience implementing or integrating enterprise systems such as:
  • Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/CRM)
  • Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud)
  • ServiceMax (Field Service Management)
  • ADP (HR/Payroll Systems) — a plus
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a PMO environment.
  • Familiarity with integration, middleware, and APIs.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and documentation best practices.
