Scrum Master: Platform Services - Direct Hire, Hybrid

Winston-Salem, NC

The ideal candidate should have a technical background in development, preferably in Java or Python and web development, business intelligence (BI), AWS or Azure, and/or cloud services

Position Summary: This role will provide day-to-day hands-on project management for various projects in support of application development. The Project Manager will have in-depth knowledge and experience with complex IT solutions, Agile and Scrum Methodology, a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and serve as a key resource within the team to ensure the overall success of the project deliverables.

Qualifications required :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other related field
• 5+ years related IT management experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementation, and testing of software systems
• Experience in managing multiple projects and teams concurrently, with backgrounds in areas web development, business intelligence (BI), AWS or Azure, and/or cloud services.

- The role requires experience in both development and operations, as well as understanding full code implementation processes and deliverables.

• - Soft skills such as
• Experience managing agile development projects as a SCRUM Master
• Experience with complex, mission-critical system design and evaluating and proposing alternative software designs
• Thorough knowledge of and experience in secure development practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with other staff within the organization
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and self-starter.

Qualifications desired:

• Experience in wholesale or retail banking technology
• Experience developing or migrating applications to Cloud Environments (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with Product Management, Operations & Technology, manage projects through their complete lifecycle
• Assist with requirements documentation, User Story creation, develop detailed project plans, and identify tasks, roles, and responsibilities
• Track milestones and dependencies, ensure on-time completion of tasks from all groups
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues
• Ensure PMO processes are followed, all relevant artifacts are produced and filed properly
• Manage and report on project financials
• Keep senior management apprised of project status and communicate issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Program Management Office to provide project status
