🔧 Job Opening: TIG Welder

📍 Location: Chaska, Minnesota | 🕒 Permanent Position

Are you a skilled TIG welder looking for a stable, rewarding opportunity in a clean, modern facility? Join our team and bring precision and craftsmanship to life. You’ll work with stainless and carbon steel, interpreting blueprints and assembling components that meet exacting standards. From surface prep to final welds, your attention to detail ensures leak-free, high-quality results.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Read and follow work orders and blueprints for accurate assembly
• Mark weld points and align components using precision tools
• Secure jigs and fixtures to machines with measuring instruments
• TIG weld stainless and carbon steel (1/16" to ½")
• Connect tubing with small U-shaped welds for leak-free radiators
• Perform repairs and rework on non-compliant welds
• Prep surfaces using grinders, drills, and other hand tools
• Weld thin materials in tight or blind positions
• Follow all safety, quality, and company standards

✅ What You Bring

• 1+ year of TIG welding experience at one company
• Proficiency in TIG welding light gauge stainless steel
• Ability to work with small parts and thin metals (down to .035")
• Strong blueprint and schematic reading skills
• Bonus: Welding school or 3–4 years of hands-on experience
• Bonus: Familiarity with MIG welding techniques

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52832.00 - $64563.00/yr.

Competitive Pay: Pay range $25.40 - $31.04/hr
